One candidate for world’s most expensive cell phone is the Diamond Crypto Smartphone, created by luxury accessory producer Peter Aloisson of Moscow-based JSC Ancort. Its price stems from the platinum body, the cover adorned with 50 diamonds including eight which are rare blue diamonds. Additionally, the Ancort logo and the navigation key are made of 18k rose gold.

Goldvish “Le million” is officially the most expensive mobile phone in the world, according the Guiness Books of Records. The “Le million” is a one off, featuring a blinding 120 carats worth of VVS-1 grade diamonds, according to designer Emmanuel Gueit. If $1 million is out of your price range. the Geneva-based Goldvish also offer several other diamond-encrusted 18k gold models in your choice of rose, yellow, or white, starting at a much more reasonable $25,600 (£13,837).

Guinness World Records certified GoldVish SA’s ‘Le Million’ Piece Unique on January 29th, 2008. The Geneva-based luxury communications company’s expensive mobile phone was designed by Emmanuel Gueit as an addition to the Illusion Collection. The phone is made of 18k white gold and set with 20 carats of VVS1 (only microscopically flawed) diamonds.

The Vertu Signature Cobra was designed by French jeweler designer Boucheron, to tell you the truth we have no idea on specifications, but then again who cares about specs it is your wallet you need to be caring about. At $310,000 that is a bank breaker. The encrusted Cobra snake wraps itself around the front which gives the phone appeal.
This is what you call mobile phone bling and bling with a capital B, this phone is encrusted with expensive rocks which are one pear-cut diamond, one round white diamond, two emerald eyes and 439 rubies. Apparently the Black Diamond will be available in 2007, not from Sony Ericsson but by a company called VIPN. Initially only 5 unique numered pieces will be available for the unbelievable price of, wait for it. with regards to the specifications, don’t expect anything remarkable for your money.

In a piece of news that can easily fall into the "how to waste a lot of money" category, we now present you the latest luxury edition of Nokia 8800 Arte, dubbed "Nokia 8800 Arte Pink", which comes after less than two weeks since another luxurious Nokia 8800 was unveiled (the Heyerdahl Diamond Edition).

Created by Peter Aloisson, the famous Austrian jeweler, the new Nokia 8800 Arte Pink is dressed in 18k white gold, plus more than 680 white and pink diamonds of the "best quality". These "tiny" details set the price of the phone no higher than 85,000 Euros - the equivalent of about $131,650.
